It only had one unit small trailer 5’x8’ also they are heavy truck repair and cars carrier not U-Haul dealer to re out other product
Claude LBooked a 9am pickup for when they opened. No one arrived till 9:40 to open. The trailers were stored in a flooded yard full of mud. I was fortunate enought to be driving a 4x4.
Pawel SThe trailer was parked in a terrible spot and was very difficult to pull put without wrecking anything, there was damage to the fender and lights when I picked it up and the guy that helped me “check lights” couldn’t even speak english. He told me I had running lights which I did not. Halfway through my journey it got dark and I did not have nay lights working on the trailer unless I signalled or hit the brakes. Super dangerous way to travel. On top of all that the computer system crashed when I went to pick it up and I had to stand in the rental office for about 40mins until they figured it out. Jayhaul is a a dump and ran bybtge incompetant
DENNIS HI returned one day earlier yet dealership did not refund me a day's rental. I am certain if I had gone one day over I would have been charged for the extra day. Driving away from the receiving I felt cheated. It is now a huge amount but not just. Pick up experience great. Return experience was 1 on 10.
