I have rented about 4 times from U-Haul and all of these previous stores went out of their way to assist, help connect, and ensure I understood the equipment. This location did none of that. Just pointed me in the direction of the dolly. Furthermore, I had opted beforehand for no insurance and that,s what the contract showed, but when he charged my card, I noticed that an $8 charge had been added. I asked the store owner and he stated he had nothing to do with that. He placed all the blame on U-Haul. Other than that, the equipment worked great. Did not receive the dolly I rented.
Brandon CThis is not a dedicated location, therefore the gas station attendant cannot always speak English and cannot give directions. On drop off- the attendant had changed and that gal had it all down pat!
