James WUhaul’s online check out and return system is consistently horrendous. It took 27 minutes yesterday to pickup up a truck all due to waiting for Uhaul’s app to crash, freeze and in endless state of “loading”. Same issue on return of truck. I lost 50 minutes of my day just sitting next to a truck waiting on Uhaul’s system. This is not new, it’s been the same for 4th year now using U-Haul. It’s Uhaul’s system, not any location. This location has just fine. Truck was available, clean. Key box and drip box were well marked. Uhaul’s app needs to go. Even Uhaul’s own stores have same slow system.
