It was my first and last time using the mobile pick up. The ID scanner wouldn't work. I also had trouble manually uploading pics of my ID. It eventually worked after I chatted with support. In the store the manager had to go online, find my reservation and go through the whole process again to give me the key. After a half hour start to finish I was in the truck to find it was almost on empty. This truck share is a hectic process. I was so turned off that I don't know if I'll do business with Uhaul again. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful- I will go back there for snacks and refreshments.
Frank INo communication here. They did not know what they were doing. Had to wait until the cashier checked out the customers. The truck was on empty. It was Self Service U-Haul.
