Because I had rented 4years ago and had to keep the truck for 6 days, which I paid for in full, they put a hold on my account so I couldn't rent the truck when i went to get it. I was given a # to call to fix the problem. I was put on hold, transferred, put on hold again, transferred, then put on hold again soooo many times it was super frustrating. When the gal finally came on, she looked at my situation and Saud it was all paid in full and she would release my file so I could go get the truck. That was super stressful and totally unnecessary. It should never have been put on hold as I paid in full. Unbelievable on your part and your phone system really truly sucks in this day and age!

ROY BI was charged for safe move even though I declined it. I was also given a truck that had half a tank of gas less than my receipt said. So I was overcharged. Oh and a bunch of rags were left in the truck. But that one isnt really a big deal. The employee was really nice though
