We reserved a 15 ft truck and when we win there they did not have it we had to settle for a10 ft truck which ment we have to take multiple trips insta of the 1 trip we were planning!! That was very frustrating and would of liked a discount or something but nothing was offered

LUKE JWas told by representative that we would be given a credit for any fuel over 1/4 tank. This was an absolute lie and I never would have filed the tank had I known that. (We were driving over a pass and had no idea of the gas mileage and didn’t want to leave anything to chance). The tank was dropped off at 3/4.
STEVEN KKarma, the Cascade Storage Property Manager was professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Everything was fully explained to me. I think the rates are a little high, but the service was great.
