The app was clitchy when I return the vehicle to the drop off location and it keep crash and couldn't take pics. It took me45 mins to actually check out without completely finishing.

paul jHow about you slim down your 31 page, approximately 6,000 word Terms & Conditions document, I received at the time of checking in and picking up the truck in tiny font on my cell phone. As I scanned through the pages it was obvious that as I entered into this transaction I was waiving every single right I ever had or would have should something go wrong. I could have brought my lawyer to translate all the legal mumbo jumble for me but I found a paragraph saying no lawyers allowed, so that was out. Thankfully everything went smoothly and no incidents occurred. It was a Christmas Eve move, so Merry Christmas!
