The app was terrible. I backed out in the middle of checking in to show the attendant something and I couldn't get back in to complete that. When I tried to return the truck, it kept telling me it couldn't find my location even though GPS was on and the app had permission. The attendant was incredibly helpful and said she would take care of it for me.

Very nice lady helped us. She wasn't familiar with adding an additional driver. I suggested it and she found how to add it. She didn't allow enough miles for the trip. We were staying the night 20 miles away from there and the drop off location was 20 miles away from our destination. She didn't offer extra miles. We were hit with $54 in extra miles charges that I felt were unfair. May that please be refunded.
MICHAEL WOne of the mechanics was rude and impolite. My brother and I pulled in and didn't see a space to park. He said move your car now!! I will go across town to not have to deal with them again. I don't need that kind of attitude at 9:00 in the morning. Never picked up a truck from there and never will again.

Vince FTruck was dirty & had large chunks of glass in the back. The A/C did not work. There were old shoes in the truck. The worker gave it to me BELOW a fourth of tank. She did not even know what a fourth of tank was. I returned the truck with the appropriate gas & they charged me more! Bad place with a mischievous man & woman.
