PAMELA AEmployee made initial check in, very time consuming. It was a very involved process, unlike the other U hall rentals I have previously rented. This location should work on streamlining there process, to put more value on customers, time.
CALVIN CThe app was terrible. I backed out in the middle of checking in to show the attendant something and I couldn't get back in to complete that. When I tried to return the truck, it kept telling me it couldn't find my location even though GPS was on and the app had permission. The attendant was incredibly helpful and said she would take care of it for me.
Jared RVery nice lady helped us. She wasn't familiar with adding an additional driver. I suggested it and she found how to add it. She didn't allow enough miles for the trip. We were staying the night 20 miles away from there and the drop off location was 20 miles away from our destination. She didn't offer extra miles. We were hit with $54 in extra miles charges that I felt were unfair. May that please be refunded.
