There was a lot of confusion during pick up because of the person checking me out.
ERIC SI rented two trucks in the past week. The first week I was supposed to have a 25’ truck but it was apparently broken. All that was available was a 15’ truck. I had to make multiple trips. The following week I rented a 10’ truck and had to wait over an hour to get the truck because the system was down. I ended up calling U-Haul and having my reservation switched to an online check in and was able to get the truck that way. On top of all that, I was charged an extra $30 because the truck was at a quarter tank when I returned it. If I ever use U-Haul again it will not be from the location.
Chris CSent me out with a bad tire, rude service, had to waste about an hour of my time so they could blow up the tires so they weren't on time and didn't apologize at all told me oh it's ok deal with it more of
