First time i went to this Place, the employees was very Nice, and overall a wonderful place. Now the employee’s sounds more like a drill sergeants from the army, and are not friendly at all. You get a feeling of regret when you walk in to the place??

Kind of confusing when walking in to check out a trailer the counter is kind of hidden by sales racks. Also not real clear whete yo pick up trailer....other side of canopy but there is check ins and psrked trailers so its actually other side oc check ins and line of trailers.



Hire another person. My checkout took thirty minutes no fault of the employee as he was by himself.

Uhaul personnel were polite, friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean, well lit with many cameras for safety. The van I rented was clean and ran with no issues....What more could anyone want?

U-Haul in North Fort Myers on Cleveland Avenue was excellent on receiving the equipment that I used to blue from St. Louis Missouri. The storage facility is also clean. Easy access to get to my storage unit. I would recommend U-Haul to friends and family.



This location is ok. The problem was Acron Storage was suppose to take my returning trailer . . . Acron rudely refused and tried to send me to another location that would not accept the trailer. Yes, UHaul of Cape Coral and North Fort Myers accepted the trailer, but they tried to charge me a late fee because the trailer was 1 hour late . . . after Uhaul had first sent me to Acron Storage who refused the trailer. I drove 56 miles round trip to return a trailer . . . that is ridiculous and says UHual is NOT about costumer service.

Let me begin by saying I've always in the past used this location when the owner manager has been present today, Sunday Oct 29, 2017, she wasn't, and it showed! I arrived in the return bay at 11:03am. My motorcycle trailer was due back at 11:48am. I waited about 5 minutes and when no one came out I went inside. There was a long line at the front counter and only one 20 something year old Hispanic man helping it. I got his attention and was told "someone" would be outside in a moment. I returned to my car. Ten to 20 minutes went by and no one showed. I went back inside and was told "John will help you when he gets back." (Back from where? The lot, the shop, lunch, Mars?) I returned to my car. I am btw the only customer waiting to return anything. Well 5 more minutes went by and I called U-Haul 1-800 and spoke to a very helpful Customer Service Rep who attempted to contact the store. While she and I chatted I walked back into the store. The young Hispanic man was no longer inside and the line was down to just one man who told me if they didn't hurry he was leaving so I open a door marked Employees Only and guess what I saw? John sitting on his scoooter texting ... John is a man around my age, mid fifties, old enough to know better than to keep a Customer waiting close to an hour and certainly old enough to know better than to treat me like it's my fault he wasn't on his job! The Customer Service rep that was listening through the phone heard everything that transpired. She apologized profusely to me and calmed me down. She said she'll be elevating my complaint (and hers against the stores Sunday Staff too) to management and that I can expect a call from U-Haul within the next 5 days. I will be traveling outside of the USA between the 31st of October and November 8. If someone plans on calling me please let them know that. Thank you, J L Turner 305-710-3986

This was not my choice to drop off, I was told by text to go to 2200 Santa Barbara, Cape Coral, Fl- the woman there was a horrible person- extremely rude to me, abrupt, told me they wouldn’t take the auto transport and if I left it there I would be charged heavily. The Cleveland Ave Location was far from where I live, after driving 22 hours, this was a bad process.

I was VERY unhappy as my original contract got switched without my knowledge. Original contract was to take truck from nfm to labelle back to nfm, I did so in turn because I kept to my contract I then got charged and extra $20 with no explanation as to why so!!

DO NOT continue having Acorn Storage on Pine Island Road as a pickup or return location - staff are not at all friendly - act as if it is inconvenient to have anything to do with trailer rental. Even though it was on my contract as the return location, I was told that he didn't have room and that UHaul should have been aware.

Make the penalty for not returning a pickup truck so expensive that people make sure they get them back on time so it doesn't inconvenience the next person that supposed to get the vehicle. No fault of the people at the location they were great and went above and beyond to help.

I returned the trailer Sunday morning 30 minutes prior to opening. The guys cleaning the other returned trucks/ trailers were basically ignoring me. They were going to clean empty trucks while making a live customer wait. I had to get out and go ask to drop the trailer off. Next time they should pay more attention to people that are waiting.

trivial but reserved the vehicle, had hoped to have all paperwork processed same time but had to do when I actually picked up the vehicle. There were no service representatives readily available causing a delay. Upon return, didn't know or see the return lane causing some confusion with the return ...... all in all possibly causing 1/2 hour extra time could have been saved but very friendly group of staff members ...... overall very pleased.
