duke hI was informed at the drop off location about a mileage charge that was never communicated to me. Not sure who’s job it is to let the customer know, but it was very surprising and frustrating. It may be the responsibility of the person I reserved with over the phone. The service at the pickup location was quick and easy and professional. Very easy transaction.

fnu kFirst time in a long time that we needed to rent a trailer to move some furniture. We had the 16 foot flatbed trailer that held 10 wooden stools, a dresser two nightstands a head and base board and box springs and mattress. Everything fit nicely, we drove over 250 miles and had no problems.
