How U-Haul Reviews WorkUHAUL app would not let me check in at drop off time and I got billed for a late 7am drop off, if I didn't like the owner of this store I would have given one star review, but its not his fault your app doesn't work. I will recommend Penske truck rentals to anyone that asks me about UHAUL...

Hysen KI did not use all the mileage but didn't get reimbursed for it .and I put extra gas..but he did let me throw some things away in the dumpster and that was helpful..he was friendly and easy going. It kinda balanced. Just keep track of your mileage
KATRINA DMake the online experience better, it sucks, used to be good years ago, real PITA to add extra days or even book more than 24 hrs and the fees are confusing. Only saving grace was the kind gentleman that runs the local uhaul is the same man I rented from 10 years ago, and he is still kind... Somethings never change luckily. UHAUL you as a company can do better, I have seen it. Will use Penske next time.
