Demetries MSam provided excellent customer service! My only issue of concern and request for change is the $20.00 fee for an early return (same day after hours) which I think is ridiculous, and especially when you have purchased full coverage insurance for the rental. Please consider changing this policy, there’s a drop off key box at the location and video cameras as well. Thank you.
