Dorian G.I had previous reservation for 8/30 Alpha Fleet Management Inc location but had to move it to Lankershim location due to the Van not being available when agent looked in system. I had moved my reservation earlier in the day and it was still in system but lacked a location. This is just a bug in the U-Haul backend system and not a fault of the agents I worked with who were very friendly. You should make sure that a location is required in every reservation in your system.
Jason D.Gas tank was on E and mileage was different from what was stated. Hopefully I do not need to battle for a refund otherwise very timely and efficient
