Uhaul cancelled our second pick up thinking it was a duplicate, they NEVER called to ask. It was NOT a duplicate. The North Kingstown location was not helpful in fixing this issue and send us to Cumberland. They put the request through wrong which resulted in a colleague having to pay out of pocked UPON PICK UP. It was an absolute MESS.
