Tried to charge me an extra day on my rental even though the truck was returned on time with the proper amount of gas. Had to object and then waited over 30 minutes just to be told there was nothing the location could do, and that I had to wait until the final contract was emailed to verify if I was still being charged the extra day or not. Lady said she wasn't authorized to make changes to a contract. Overall, a very poor experience with U-Haul. Should have gone with Budget or Penske, and will do so from now on!

AC was not working right. Truck was clean and was returned cleaned don't know why there is a 25 cleaning fee I would like cleaning fee removed and discount for AC not working right
