We picked up the truck before the office opened. This was the first time checking the truck in online before we could pick it up. We had the take photos, check OD reading, amount of gas, etc. it took a while. If I had to do it again, I would wait for the office to open. Which would’ve been easier. The site was fine.

Was Charged for the appliance dolly I never got I was told they would fix it and refund my 20$ I over paid for looking at the receipt the removed the dolly but still charged the same about.
