Unfortunately, our experience at the drop-off location was not pleasant. We already have a storage unit at this same facility and were unloading a 26-foot truck. While unloading, the manager mumbled something to my husband and then commented that we were taking too long. He also said that because it was summer, we needed to keep the door closed and claimed it had been open all day. That statement was simply not true, as we had just arrived. Yes, it took us about four hours to unload, but a 26-foot truck takes time, especially when moving belongings into storage. Customers who are paying for both a storage unit and a U-Haul rental deserve to be treated with patience and respect. A little understanding and professionalism would have made a big difference. The poor customer service at drop-off and the lack of cleanliness inside the truck unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise positive pickup experience. While we were upstairs, another employee did bring us five ice cold water to apologize for the incident. Very nice of her to do that for us.

We picked up the truck before the office opened. This was the first time checking the truck in online before we could pick it up. We had the take photos, check OD reading, amount of gas, etc. it took a while. If I had to do it again, I would wait for the office to open. Which would’ve been easier. The site was fine.
LEVON AWas Charged for the appliance dolly I never got I was told they would fix it and refund my 20$ I over paid for looking at the receipt the removed the dolly but still charged the same about.
