I was truly impressed with the work ethic and customer service the young lady gave me on this particular Saturday. She was running the shop all by herself and it was a very busy Saturday. She was calm, consistent. positive, and paid attention to details. Please give this young lady the recognition she deserves. She keeps this location hopping while providing an organized clean building while giving great customer service. Thank you for your time.


My reservation was set for the Chenal 10 storage in Little Rock. When I arrived I was notified that my reservation had been moved to this North Little Rock location more than 20 miles away. I did not receive any notification of this prior to my arrival. I then had to drive more than 30 minutes to the new location. I found this extremely inconvenient, especially when I am required to pay the additional mileage. The staff in North Little Rock was rude and their customer service skills were abismal. Additionally, while the truck was clean it smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. I was nearly an hour late in picking up the truck due to the change of location and the delays at the North Little Rock store. Overall this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I cannot see myself using Uhaul in the future.

Go out to vehicle with customer to make sure in order before going to another customer. Not enough help in store.

Employee was extremely rude. When I ask for the manager he lied and said he was the manager which wasn't true. He told me to give him the keys and leave after I had already returned keys and he left them in the truck. I told him I was not leaving without a receipt. The employee pushed the panic button. The police were called and upon arrival they scolded the employee for using panic button in non violent situations. One officer informed me the employee didn't know how to print a receipt. Finally the officer handed me the original rental agreement with no charges. I thought the rental was free because of the employee's behavior. This morning I received an invoice with outrageous charges on it which was my reason for not wanting to leave this uhaul location without a receipt. The worst UHAUL experience ever!

Your employees need to be trained better with, knowing what's available, knowing where the keys are located for what they rent that day, how to attach a trailer, and how to use the register. It was very unorganized and wasted my time I barely had.

next time will not use a credit card which gives uhaul unlimited potential to charge what ever they want, at return. I just got my invoice by email and was overcharged a cleaning fee and fuel charges , which were not applicable. I personally cleaned out the trash from truck and fuel was added to exact same spot on fuel gauge. next time I will be much more vigilant with watching the excess charges. Jeff 501 541-3802.

Make that $19.95 per day more realistic. I paid $205 for 48hrs thats a little steep if you ask me. I will not be renting another one and if anyone were to ask me if it was a good idea I'd tell them the truth. Very very expensive and not worth it..

Customer service is awful!! Po said in cash and returned the truck and was charged another day of service for usage and not one employee l/manager had gotten a hold of me for this matter, on top of that my refund went from $44 to $6 via check which I dont have a checking acct honit will be $3 to cash so my refund is now $3, that's was the rest of my cash i had to take care of my child til next Friday! The company can be a little bit more explicit and explanatory about the charges that may be incurred at the end of the day. If the vehicle is initially advertised for 19.95 p/day, but the small print indicates that as the price for 4 hours, then the customer agrees to take additional insurance of the company, so okay, customer leaves thinking they're billed for additional insurance coverage and usage only to get their final receipt showing more than 60% additional funds extracted from one's account. That's just highway robbery! One can't help but wonder if all these additional charges is nothing more than "price gouging" in a pandemic time!

This location does not clean the vehicle between rentals when you bring up the issue they just shrug it off I believe Jason is the man who is the main person behind this not cleaning the vehicle is not doing his part to stop the spread of the Corona virus and by not doing this is putting people at risk and aiding the spread of the virus it is irresponsible and unprofessional and I believe a violation of public safty and company policy the last rental I had had dirt spilled soda trash even a piece of a hair weave in it and made Jason aware and he just shrugged it off and did nothing I had to extend my rental I called and told them they told me no problem and then after I returned to rent again he after I got confirmation denied me renting said uhaul wont let me rent anymore because I keep the rental to long and because I didnt pay but if you look I have always paid I told Jason that I keep my card turned off to let me know when he is ready to run my card so I can turn it on so he did not he told me he wouldnt run it til I returned so he ran it before then and so it got denied I got an alert so I called him told him to run it again I just turned it on for him he said again we wont charge you til you return so again turned my card off and within an hour he tried to run it again so again it got declined I believe he was doing this deliberately to make it look like I was at fault because I complained about the truck condition and him so the next time I tried to rent he told me uhaul wont let me rent from them anymore and confront of other customers made this comment loudly and very rudely I'm currently looking at my options of what I should do for this deformation of character/ slandering me and the risk of endangering my safety by not cleaning the vehicle nothing against uhaul as a whole but directed to the cypress st.
