There were several drop off locations that were far closer to where I was moving to, but the staff at the pick up location said it needed to be dropped at a location an hour away. They advised me to call two phone numbers to schedule a closer drop off location. Neither representative picked up the phone, so I had to put an extra unnecessary amount of miles on the truck. When one of them did finally call me back, I politely explained to the rep. Nick, why I called, and he hung up on me. So I had to pay for far more miles than were necessary, and the customer service was terrible.

The insurance was added against my Will. I asked during the online process not to accept it and I found it on my Bill later on.
RICHARD AI still cannot believe that a $16 additional monthly charge for insurance coverage is not an optional service and cost. I asked if it was optional and advised that it wasn’t. Really? The entire facility has only six small hand trucks, all of which had been taken by three other tenants when I was there. Facility was clean, staff friendly, directions helpful and elevators comfortable.
PETER MSaid truck was on full but it was not. I took pictures of mils and gas gauge before and after. When I returned it the guy told me after looking at the pictures he would take some money off for he gas issue but never did. Rediculious not a way to do business.
