I reserved an appliance dolly and 2 furniture Dollie’s and they didn’t have either one so the move got that much harder. No one answered at the business door, had to go around and found someone in the garage who had no idea how to do U-Haul. Ended up calling a guy from their company in Florida to do the reservation and it wasn’t done correctly which gave me issues at drop off. Not a great experience

Every thing was terrible, poor customer service

DANIEL KTruck wasn't where it was suppose to be. No signage saying to call to get let in. Had to stand outside for about 5 minutes waiting on someone to come after I called.
KIMBERLY SWhen I arrived to p/u the trailer - it was difficult to figure out where to pick it up at …Therefore I called…The worker who answered the phone was helpful in directing me where to go, but he smelled of marijuana when I met him and took a personal call while he was helping me. As this was an automotive detail business several cars had to be moved out of the way to access the trailer…Once those were moved the worker was very helpful in getting it hitched up to my truck…
