Let the customer know of changes to reservation. I had made my request online at the location on brewerton rd and the day of pick up I'm told it was transferred to a different location. That is not professional.

Returning the truck after hours with was very time consuming and annoying, unable to progress through the website just to return a truck without taking and uploading pictures. had I known I would have returned the truck during normal business hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I picked up the truck.

They failed to include the dollys and pads with the order. Wanted us to drive 20 mile back to pick them up and would not deliver to our location. We lost 2 hours of a 700 mile trip because of this. The personnel could not determine that it was a prepaid pickup. Also could not figure out how to select our drop off location

I had to wait for my bank to open before I could make payment on the rental. The Associate (Dean) allowed me to wait inside til we could complete the rental. Very nice!

Picked up my uHaul 15' truck on Wednesday 10/25 at about 11am. I also had in my order an appliance dolly that I was to pay an additional $12 for. It was MY mistake that I didn't check that the dolly/hand cart was in the back of the truck. When I got to the house to start loading the truck is when I realized that the dolly was never put on the truck. I called this location later in the day to let them know that the dolly was never put on the truck. They said it would be taken care of and that I am all set. I see two pending charges on my credit card. The first, being the initial charge of $161.96. The second, which I assume is the adjusted amount of $149.00. $12 for the dolly, plus tax deducted from the first charge. After drop-off to the Stor n Go location in Pulaski, I receive an email receipt in the amount of $149 (Just the cost of the truck/insurance - no dolly). The next morning I get a call from Stor n Go. "You never returned the dolly." I tell him I never received the dolly, and advise him to communicate with the pickup location as they have this information, and should have communicated this to the drop off location. Today I see that my credit card has now been charged both $161.96 AND $149. Wtf are you charging me twice for?? This needs to be corrected ASAP. So now you (uHaul) have messed up 3 times. You never gave me the dolly that was in my contract, you never communicated this error to the drop location, and you've double billed me. FIX IT.



It was a busy location. I walked in with no reservation and they accommodated me in a timely fashion. Will use that location again.



We received the truck with less gas than we were supposed to due to an error in Albany. We returned it with the same amount as what we started with and the employee insisted that we still go down the street and add 3 more gallons or we would be charged extra. Not good customer service

the only thing that would have made my experience excellent is if there was someone waiting for me when I arrived. I waited more than 5 minutes before someone came to help me complete the paperwork for my reservation. otherwise everything else went great.

Confirm with the customer your reservation before they leave,so at time of pickup you don't about to receive wrong order.



I ended up at the North Syracuse location because they could not honor my reservation at Cicero. Very disappointing. The Taft road guys thankfully came through.
