This was not a good experience. My rental truck was dirty when I picked it up. The cab floor was covered in dirt, there was a piece of garbage on the dash and worst of all the cup holders were covered in sticky residue and had SOMEONE'S NAIL CLIPPINGS all over the cupholders. Just a gross experience and a total lack of professionalism as this was instantly noticeable with a cursory inspection. The truck also had less than 1/4 of a tank of fuel. Just a very disappointing experience.

DON'T USE THEM. Absolutely horrible operator!! Very crooked and deceiving. She seemed nice, and happy, but was talking out of both sides of her mouth. When asking for details, would dance around it or try to bypass and then rush through or bypass essential parts of the agreement/contract. They used a bait and switch style promotion style, where my truck rental should have cost max $100.00 on a $49 rental, that they ended up making up fake charges (incorrect mileage, 5x the amount of gas, dolly rental fee, and other things that were completely unexplainable) and costing $300.
KEVIN LWe had the uhaul booked for 10 am, and we got it by 10:26am as the lady at the counter had not started the check out of the previous renter and we had to wait. She also was not friendly and would not communicate about how much we have to wait or what the next steps are. The gas tank was also at 1/8 which is very low and usually the gas tanks are at least half full. So we had to urgently find a gas station.
