The location was fine but the automatic check out with the phone system was less than adequate and with no human available and the online agent not helpful it made checking out difficult. The truck and rental went as needed and was great and cost effective, but go to the main rental location one block away on Main Street. The parking was also very tight and difficult to manage. The online checkin service worked eventually but could have been much better.

The lady at the front desk was not helpful. I ended up calling the 1800 number.
Franco MI asked to have my bill reviewed and they charged me anyway. Truck didn’t include utility or furniture dolly and was charged for both anyways. Disappointing

Louis YNot a great experience. Staff were not helpful or knowledgeable. Truck was provided with an empty tank of gas. No help provided on check in or return. Staff gaslight the customer into believing it's normal to get a rental with an empty tank. It's never that fun renting from you guys but this was my worst experience yet.
