I asked to have my bill reviewed and they charged me anyway. Truck didn’t include utility or furniture dolly and was charged for both anyways. Disappointing

Great option to do a you day move
Louis YNot a great experience. Staff were not helpful or knowledgeable. Truck was provided with an empty tank of gas. No help provided on check in or return. Staff gaslight the customer into believing it's normal to get a rental with an empty tank. It's never that fun renting from you guys but this was my worst experience yet.
