This location is severely understaffed to serve their volume. Got my truck almost half an hour later than the scheduled rental time, even though I was on time. They need to train their staff instead of having the manager do everything
DANIEL SThe U-Haul representative told us to park my car in a spot that I was later blocked into by a Canada Post employee and I was told he was going to tow my car. When I told him I was directed to park there, he angrily told me that I can’t just blindly listen to people. I think the u-haul representative should know where I can and cannot park. Maybe it wasn’t his fault. Maybe it was the arrogant Canada post employee!
