You guys charge customers more than expected, I have this bad experience.
MICHAEL KReceiving the vehicle it had no gas. I drove for only 5 mins and I had the low fuel message pop up. The manager claimed it had a quarter tank of gas, which it didn’t, on top of that the steering wheel is terrible the vehicle needs realignment. On top of that the mirror came off while I was driving on the highway, now I have to pay for the Repair? I wasn’t in no accident or hit anything. I was driving the vehicle and it come off.
TASWRELL SRegarding refuelling your truck back, Please I will advise you Call people to come and put gas in the truck if they forget not putting the fuel, not by charging people double times because gas wasn’t refilled, you can only charge when you called and the person didn’t respond to your call ok. Is like punishment to people . Thanks
