I declined the collision damage waiver when registering my rental online. After leaving the location with the rental, I received an email with an invoice stating that I was charged the damage waiver (after opting out online upon registration). I brought this to the clerk's attention, and I was treated with dismissal and hostility. I called UHaul customer service and a representative named Joshua connected me with the store clerk to only have the Dollar Mart clerk verbally attack me further after he charged me for something I did not agree to. This happens every single time I rent a vehicle from this location. Avoid at all costs!!
