They don't provide a contract. They don't provide receipts. They don't give any information as to what you're being charged for.bi never signed anything. They ONLY accept credit card as payment. They're horrible. The van had garbage in it.

If I could give this location zero stars I would as I had reserved the UHaul for 10am and the location didn't open until 11am which negatively affected my entire moving day. The man at the counter took 20 minutes to check me in even though I had already done so online. He offered no apologies for my waiting for one hour for the truck. I don't understand why I could reserve it for 10am yet they didn't open until 11am. This was a disaster and I will do my best to avoid UHaul going forward and certainly this location.

DALE W.I dropped the truck off pretty late at night and did not feel safe in the area. It was an open parking lot with no cameras that I can see and I rushed the drop off because I was nervous as a young female
