I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental. This was, without a doubt, the worst U-Haul experience I have ever faced. The vehicle was completely uninspected and uncleaned prior to my pickup. The seats were full of animal hair, the interior carpet was ripped, and the entire cabin had a foul odor resembling spoiled meat. I expect much higher standards of sanitation and vehicle maintenance from U-Haul.

Uygar BMan at the counter was insisting that I just drop the vehicle off without doing a drip off inspection. He kept saying he'd do it later and that he didn't have time for me because he had customers in his store. He made me wait for almost 30 minutes until I finally insisted that I could wait no longer and demanded the drop off inspection. Terrible service.
