I made the reservation online. When I showed up, the person at the counter did not know how to process the reservation. She called the owner, and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. I went back to my car, and after 15 minutes, I went back in. The owner was still not there. I figured out how to complete the reservation on my phone and went back in to get the keys, but the person behind the counter could not help me, and the owner was still not there. The lady called the owner back, and they told her where the key was (under the cash), and I was finally able to leave. I was delayed half an hour, and as anyone who moved before knows, this is a major inconvenience. The vehicle was dirty and had to be cleaned out before I used it.

Cherno JI am extremely disappointed with my recent rental. This was, without a doubt, the worst U-Haul experience I have ever faced. The vehicle was completely uninspected and uncleaned prior to my pickup. The seats were full of animal hair, the interior carpet was ripped, and the entire cabin had a foul odor resembling spoiled meat. I expect much higher standards of sanitation and vehicle maintenance from U-Haul.

Uygar BMan at the counter was insisting that I just drop the vehicle off without doing a drip off inspection. He kept saying he'd do it later and that he didn't have time for me because he had customers in his store. He made me wait for almost 30 minutes until I finally insisted that I could wait no longer and demanded the drop off inspection. Terrible service.
