Man at the counter was insisting that I just drop the vehicle off without doing a drip off inspection. He kept saying he'd do it later and that he didn't have time for me because he had customers in his store. He made me wait for almost 30 minutes until I finally insisted that I could wait no longer and demanded the drop off inspection. Terrible service.

WINSTON WVery shady, got charged for a dolly and furniture pads when we didn’t even use that or even need that for our truck rental. Extra 10 bucks added to my bill that would’ve slipped me by if I didn’t check my receipt. Not sure if this company is trying to tack on little add-ons for more profit to see if anyone will notice but knowing they tried that with me I will be avoiding this location for any future rentals and I rent a lot of trucks too
