I am disputing an incorrect return date on Contract #29639506. I returned the truck on Friday, May 29th at 4:30 PM. The dealer did not check it into the system until Sunday morning, resulting in me being erroneously charged for 3 days of rental and insurance instead of 1. I have screenshot of my text conversation with the dealer at the lot confirming drop-off at 4:30 PM on Friday. Please adjust the contract to a 1-day rental and refund the overcharged amount

Judie ADidn't have the dolly as I requested. Gas was left with nothing. I have a picture to prove it. Garbage from last person still in there.

David BI will say that the woman I spoke with on the phone for assistance was excellent!! she was helpful, professional, and the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, everything else was a major inconvenience. The truck I originally rented did not have the proper key setup, which forced me to switch to a smaller van. This significantly delayed my schedule and the van was not large enough to haul everything I needed. On top of that, the vehicle was dirty both inside and out. If you’re charging a $25 cleaning fee, the vehicle should be clean. I took photos beforehand and would like that fee refunded. Overall, this experience took far too long and completely disrupted my evening. The only reason this is not a lower rating is because of the excellent customer service from the representative I spoke with. Please do better U-Haul
