They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was ready to go. KI SMy experience at this U-Haul location was disappointing. The office was poorly maintained, and the customer service was below expectations. Additionally, the dolly I had requested was not available at pickup, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and delayed my move. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
