Where do i start?? I booked a 10" truck for my recent home move from the location where I've previously booked several times. Within a couple of hours, i received a call from U-Haul convincing me to book from a "new location that needs the business". The rep said they would give me a special half price rate on the per km rate. i said sure no problem. shortly afterwards, they called me again. this time saying the 10' truck wasn't available but they would give me the 15' truck for the 10' tuck rate ($19.95). i agreed and said thank you. The day arrived for my move and i went to get the truck. When i arrived, nobody at the location had any idea what i was talking about and had no record of the deal i was offered. after about half hour of explaing and wasting my morning i took the 15' truck for $29.95 and no full price on the per km rate. I was assured that when i got billed it would all be straightened out. I used the truck and when i got the statement of course nothing was straightened out and i paid full price for everything. the bill was well over $100 (i don't remember the exact numbers). should have been around fifty dollars. the next day (Sunday) i wasted more of my time filing a telephone complaint and the rep said i would get for what was owed to me. A few days later i got the refund which was short. Again i called and they corrected it. Again it was still short. In the end i was still owed around $10. I didn't even bother trying to get it as my time at this point is worth a lot more than 10 bucks. Terribly disappointed.!!!

They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was ready to go. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!!!

KI SMy experience at this U-Haul location was disappointing. The office was poorly maintained, and the customer service was below expectations. Additionally, the dolly I had requested was not available at pickup, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and delayed my move. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
