RONALD BThis rental pick up location dealer does not answer the phone. I experienced a rental verification issue through the required app so I tried to call the dealer for assistance and no one answered the phone. Furthermore, the rental verification app does not work to take pictures of the vehicle. The dealer should take pictures of the rental vehicle and walk around with the renter to verify any pre-existing damage and/or condition of the vehicle. Although I have a smartphone, what would a renter do if they did not have a smartphone to use the app? Terrible system.
