The truck was very loud, it did not drive straight. The windshield wipers need to be replaced as well.

The lady was extremely unorganized and hard to understand. She was more concerned with convenience store customers rather than helping people with uhauls.

NIKKI EEmployee tried to extort an additional $20 to $30 because the blankets were not folded. Who offer a fee range? I folded the blankets myself. In addition, the employee tried to charge me for gas. I received the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas and I dropped it off with 3/4 a tank of gas. Wanted to charge me a 1/4 tank. Completely shady location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. U-Haul should evaluate this location, it is damaging your brand!
