AARON SVery rude arrogant attendant. She would not even speak to me for 7 minutes until I called the U-Haul number and was getting help from the pleasant customer care operator.

PAULA MWhen I go into a situation where I think I'm gonna pay 19.99 for a truck, $35-45 for mileage and a little tax, but I end up spending over a hundred dollars when I'm not ready to spend that up front, it makes sure that I never go to u-haul again. All these little fees are ridiculous. Understanding that my state and it's out of control govt are partly to blame, it's still something that u-haul can do better for it's customers. Nobody likes feeling like they've been misled. You have done exactly that when it comes to price.
