The vehicle was dusty in the cab. The when I brought it back the employee told me he would exam it later and send me a receipt. I told him no that I wanted it inspected while I was there and to have my receipt given to me. He then proceeded to tell me to go outside and take pictures of the vehicle and bring them back in so that he could look at them. I told him that he needed to adjust the mileage because I was under the mileage that I was expected to use. He got kind of upset and was typing on the keyboard very hard and was huffing and puffing because I asked him to do it.

Vicky BThe lady was VERY rude she did not tell me there was a drop box so I was charged an additional day I went up there I was told I’d only be charged one day then my card gets a charge of $66 . I then called and the same lady hung up in my face very unhappy and very unprofessional.
MARIYAH SI had an excellent experience the first i rented from this location. That is the reason I returned for a second time. The location is really out of my way but I returned because of the staff and how I was previously teeated.
