One person was very nice and helpful, another employe was extremely rude and yelled at me when I got out to see where I should be parking the uhaul for dropoff since no locations were marked.

The gas station workers aren't really able to do anything since it is just a one way drop site. They just point towards the QR code, which is fine I guess.

Was very frustrating because the guy at the counter was not helpful at all and it took a very long time to get through to someone over the phone. Also the truck had terrible pickup and was very hard to drive.

Justin MFix and improve H-Haul apps! It simply did not function as it supposed to. I could not pickup the truck using apps. I count not drop off the truck using the apps! Wasted my valuable times.
