change the overall customer service experience. i reserved trailer 2-3 weeks in advance and i still had to drive approximately 50 miles thru downtown toledo to pick it up. i requested a discount for inconvenience and was told to take it or leave it. i was charged for the insurance even though i told them that my insurance would cover it

The U-Haul needs worked on plus they over charged me twice on my credit card! Spammers
racheal dMake sure truck is clean. Animal hair was all over the cab. Tow dolly was missing a ramp bolt. The ramp came out multiple times during the trip.
Patrick NI was told if I got it to the location in under time or miles I would get money back. And I did not need to fill up the truck which I did. I also got the truck on 3 miles to empty
