I had reserved a 20 footer at whitter location off leffingwell on Thursday and come sat morning received a call from David manager at that location and 30 mins upon pick up time says that the truck is not available he did nothing to look for another location I even said is there another location with a 15 footer stated everything is booked but I cdd as led norwalk ups where Uhaul is and there was a 15 footer so would I say David did the best he could to help me

Jacqueline PThe lady gave me a wrong truck. I was halfway in my destination and she made me come back to switch the truck because she gave me the wrong one. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Frustrated because I got to my destination late.
