The employees didnt know how to check out the equipment properly, I received a call that the U-Haul was only rented out for 30 min, then the next day the lady who helped me stated she had no clue how to return the vehicle and would wait for someone, I called customer service around 7 pm to verify it was logged correctly and they stated nothing was logged at all and nothing was returned

There was no designated drop off location for after hours. So I left the vehicle in a U-haul parking spot.
ANDY AAi have renter Uhaul trucks before. This is the first time I got charge twice between a 24 hour period.
Jose MI will tell the story my first booking in this address Anthem Oil Norwalk 16516 Pioneer Blvd Norwalk, CA 90650 booked on Nov.29,2025 when i pick it up the truck the gas station staff having trouble with the system because there are no returned in the system but they have available trucks in the lot and i waited for 2 hours until i decided to cancel it and booked in other locations at K-Appliance outlet at 13330 Bloomfield ave. suite 104 Norwalk CA. and it just a matter of 20 mins. i got the truck kudos to Mr. Arturo his doing his job well. Please i hope this comment will gain awareness in some locations for future good service... .
ROMUALDO RThis took way too long. And did not go smoothly.. I let the guy know I would be there before noon. I was not able to mobile pick up. So I went to counter ... The rep ther had issues checking me in and to call his boss. I waited for boss . Then he had an issue with my credit card in file. So I had to present a different card. Then when we get truck the tire in front of tire needed air. It would come up as a warning on dash. I let rep know and he said it would be fine to drive like that 90 miles on way . I asked for a new truck but he said it was too late since they checked me in already . I was in a hurry and there over an hour so I just took truck like that. So dangerous . They need to look at their equipment to make sure it is ok to rent . I was so stressed and felt in danger driving that truck. I will never come here again or recommend to anyone .
