Kevin RThe location and the phone neumers are wrong, K appliance is out of business and I hade to go the the UPS store adjacnet to get the rental, the UPS CSR was polite and helpful but when I got the truck it was dirty inside and out and had very little fuel. I never got a confermation call. I feel this is a corperate issue and you need to update your information in the internet to reflect changes. you may also want to hire a car wash company to come out and clean your trucks it was so dirty that i could barly see out the window.
