We weren't informed that we had to visit the UPS store for the key and registration. It was by chance that a customer informed us. We felt we scammed. Better communication would've helped.

This location was not made for a 26f truck. The parking lot is way to small. The exit of this parking lot is to small for a 26f truck.
Andrew CThe employees didnt know how to check out the equipment properly, I received a call that the U-Haul was only rented out for 30 min, then the next day the lady who helped me stated she had no clue how to return the vehicle and would wait for someone, I called customer service around 7 pm to verify it was logged correctly and they stated nothing was logged at all and nothing was returned
