ANTHONY MThe gentleman behind the counter did not help me in anyway. He told me to find a spot on the parking lot and leave the trailer there. Once out in the parking lot, there are no spaces available. I disconnected the trailer from my car and not seeing any wheel chocks, I was forced to drag the trailer to the back of one of your trucks and hook it up to that, so it wouldn’t drift away. I am 71 years old and not accustomed to dragging anything of this weight.

Sarah WI do not appreciate that it was purposefully difficult to avoid adding on the $15 charge for SafeMove (ie tiny font to deny). I did not mean to make that addition as I only used the rental for one hour. I'll accept the charge this one time, but I do not appreciate your manipulation.
