No person on site, trailer was actually at another location instead of the address provided as the pickup location. Missing the wiring harness pigtail and had to call and was directed to take the wire harness from another trailer.

The vendor told me to leave the keys in the truck if I dropped it off after hours. I did that, but I locked them in the truck to prevent theft. He then charged me a fee to have the truck unlocked. This is a ridiculous way to manage a fleet of trucks. Will not rent from this vendor again.

DAVID BI don't often have to use U-Haul, but I much rather prefer U-Haul over other moving rentals. This one was no exception. The guy that runs it here in Oak Ridge is a really good dude. Equipment was organized and well maintained. I had no problems whatsoever was picking up and dropping off the rental. That was very convenient and easy. If I ever have to use a moving equipment rental again it will definitely be U-Haul.
