The truck was disgustingly dirty! Spilled drinks from previous customers all over the interior, every surface, sticky and greasy, food on the floor. Grime and crud and trash all over the place! Also owner of this business is rude!
JEREMIAH AThe truck was dirty when we got it and he asked us to not give him a bad review because the truck was dirty. That was fine we cleaned it out but it was empty in the gas also. We rented it for 8 hours but returned it 3 hours later and he checked us in later that night (9:45) and we got charged double. I had even called the customer service line to let them know that he had not checked us in yet. I was told that he was sent a message to check us in promptly. And that still did not happen and we got charged double. The location is not at the same place that is shown on the website. I was told that a field supervisor would call me and nobody has called me yet. And I have not been refunded my money for the extra day, insurance added on. Find another location to rent your U-Haul.
