I did not rent this vehicle. I got the information for my daughter who actually rented and DROVE the truck. The $29.95 a day truck rental turned into almost $165 for approximately 48 miles and about hours. Also, the person in charge called and talked with my daughter, got front and got copies of her driver's license, and her address. The receipt and all the instructions were sent to my email. I wasn't involved in the rental instructions but the receipt was sent to me wanting a signature. It showed me living at my daughter's address and driving the truck. I live in another town. It also shows me as being the driver. I am 83 years old and handicapped. I couldn't even get in the truck. And yet they want me to sign that my signature saying all is correct. No way. The person who supposedly compiled this info was in a hurry to go to a ball game and did not accurately handle this. I nor my son or daughter would ever use this company again and will be sure to spread the word. This is not a well run business.

But do I get my deposit back and I didn’t the second day I didn’t go 50 miles and he said that he would give me my money back the mall I didn’t go
Thurman BThere was no one there. The trailer was backed up to a wood line. We had to find the appliance cart we rented. Surprisingly, the trailer was clean and in good shape.
Miriam sWhen we dropped off the U-Haul, the person that was taking the truck was very nice and friendly. However, another employee of the company sped into the parking lot, throwing gravel at my vehicle and almost hitting my dad who was on the back end of the Uhaul taking photos. My dad ended up hitting the side of the truck because it was so close. He was then yelled at by this other employee and told “I didn’t see you there” and “you shouldn’t have parked the truck there” after being told specially to park there by the person who was taking the Uhaul. This is not a Uhaul situation but it directly involves A Tow. It was a very unpleasant experience.
Helen JThere were no rest room facilities on site. It’s just a commercial lot with various equipment scattered about the location. The manager works out of a pickup truck. We did not see any signs.
