way too complicated to go through the application and the truck twice did not start as I turned the key many tries it took me to start it, wish it was better however it was a horrific experience

DOROTHY OI was so nervous going into this for a million different reasons, but most of all knowing the facility would be closed on Sunday. However, when I called to get some information the man who introduced himself, Scott, was tremendously helpful! He completely eased my worries and went above and beyond in laying out exactly what to expect. Picking up and dropping off the truck when so smoothly and it’s all thanks to Scott’s directions! I highly recommend using this location to anyone needing a uhaul!
