I was sent a survey to review the employee who attended me. I don’t remember his name. I gave him a bad review because I believed he did not send an email with my receipt that I had asked for. As it turned out, he had sent it I was mistaken. The email had gone to my spam folder. I would like to apologize and redo that survey. I did receive excellent service from that young man.

Was good
Karima MDidn’t have the equipment I ordered and was expecting as part of my reservation. Did not have a furniture dolly or furniture blankets which made the move much harder. Also, the truck barely has a 1/4 tank of gas. We only drove a total of 14 miles (most of the was to and from picking up the truck) and almost ran out of gas. Do better u-haul.
