The truck had damage and was spray painted. No U-Haul representative was available. And there was lots of other business happening. Car repair cars etc
Misty Mbad access disorganized yard plus had to move cabinet in the yard which damaged my vehicle
Steve CThe rear lights to the hauler didn’t work for signaling and securing the car wasn’t properly handled as car started shifting. Was flagged down by a motorist indicating that the car was shifting on the toy hauler and the front end was hanging over the front barrier of the toy hauler (hopefully that makes sense.)
Vicki Mat 16' truck was requested and our location was changed last minute because they were out of 16' trucks. Had to drive far out of our way and the updated location also didnt have 16' trucks and we were forced to rent a larger vehicle for more money. The UHaul also was given without gas in the tank.
