The truck I reserved had a key locked inside from a previous customer. The owner of this location tried breaking into the vehicle with a clothes hanger. Why wouldn’t he have a spare key? I ended up having to rent a smaller truck which was not ideal for my move.

The service was great 💯
Diego JWe reserved a 15-foot truck but were told when we arrived that it wasn’t available. We didn’t receive a call in advance. We were given a 10-foot truck instead but while driving discovered that the passenger side mirror was not functional and I had to stay on the phone with the driver while driving behind her so she could safely merge on the highway. Luckily we were able to fix it before driving the truck again, but these were both serious issues that give me pause about renting from U-Haul in the future.
Margaret Sfolks were extremely helpful and kind even though it appeared the reservation system was not working.
