Unsafe location with a really shoddy office, and the listed phone number is not the correct one. No key drop off location. I was told by uhaul on the phone to “slide it under the door” but there is a fence closing off the lot.

Siu WVery helpful staff. And of course it wasn't clean, it was an auto shop in a big city. That's an odd question to have. Either way, the guys were really nice, and I even came back because I thought I'd left something in the truck, and the one who originally helped me stopped to help me look for what I'd lost.
