Was a little confused when I got to the gas station because it wasn't an Exxon. Had to call customer service for U-Haul before feeling comfortable handing the truck keys over to the gas station attendant.

Shehab AThe trucks should be hands on cleaned and disinfected before the use of another Customer. If th company could consider all the graffiti being clean off the trucks that would be nice and to make sure the bumpers are attached to the trucks like they needs to be or replaced would show some consideration for your customers .
Ronique MPlease make sure inside of trucks are clean. Checking in and out for a truck should be easier and quicker.
