Didn’t have the equipment I ordered and was expecting as part of my reservation. Did not have a furniture dolly or furniture blankets which made the move much harder. Also, the truck barely has a 1/4 tank of gas. We only drove a total of 14 miles (most of the was to and from picking up the truck) and almost ran out of gas. Do better u-haul.

Jose GDon’t change the location and the truck after I have already paid and made arrangements. Your Oakland location is filthy and incompetent.
Zachary DImpossible to take photos that the app will accept. The app requires photos taken from a greater distance than is possible in many pickup lots, and this is one of them. (It’s a busy gas station parking lot with very tight parking, so the truck can’t be moved to improve the photos.) Staff were as helpful as they could be, but they can’t fix all the issues with your app. I’ll be using Lugg in the future.
Benjamin EI reserved online, thought I was good to go but had to download the app onsite to get the truck. Then I extened my reservation on the app and the next day u-haul called me wondering where there truck was. What’s the point of an online reservation system then?
