Counter is a little hard to find inside the store, but staff was friendly and van was ready & waiting for me when I got there. More clarification about the equipment return location would also be helpful.

EVAN Rthere are a lot of homeless encampments in the area, so its pretty rough, but the people were nice and the experience was pretty seemless and there wasn't any funny business
Steven GTruck was not cleaned. It was not swept and had at least six flies in the back. Smelled like trash. I was told it was the only one with enough gas so we didn’t have any other choice. Location is next to a bus stop where a man approached my car and tried to fight my partner for getting out of the car before me. Not a safe location.
