The staff were very professional and explained everything clearly. We had forgotten a couple of our own personal blankets in the truck and when we called after returning, they immediately responded and we were able to collect them the very next morning.

I did not learn of this until I arrived at the business renting the vehicle to me, so then had to drive to another location for a rental. I'm not sure why I was able to book a rental for a location that did not have a vehicle to rent. My moving process was delayed because of this.
