The driveway, which was steep, had not been plowed. We had a vehicle with advanced level snow tires and 4wheel drive or we would not have been able to return the trailer. It was a self service situation so I never met a person.

Better parking
Auston EI really cannot think of any suggestions for improvement. Friendly, responsive and a favorite location to rent from and I have done so many times. I strongly reccommend the Hi Rock UHaul rental location!
